- St. Peter of Alcantara Catholic Church
Since 1984, Robert J. Pape Jr. has worked with the St. Peter of Alcantara Catholic Church in Port Washington. He has been a catechist for religious studies, a member of the pastoral board, an Extraordinary Minister of the Eucharist, as well as a member of the St. Peter School Tuition Board.

From 1993 until 2009, Robert J. Pape Jr. worked as an 8th grade Instructor at the St. Peter of Alcantara School in Port Washington.
- Association of Fundraising Professionals
Since 2009, Pape has been as active member of the Association of Fundraising Professionals (AFP), a professional association of individuals dedicated to establishing philanthropic support and funding for a diverse range of charitable organizations and nonprofits.
Beginning in November 2013, Robert J. Pape Jr. has been a Knight of the Holy Sepulchre.
- March of Dimes
Since 2014, Robert J. Pape Jr. has been affiliated with the March of Dimes. March of Dimes is a nonprofit organization that helps provide funding for lifesaving research and programs that have a particular focus on bringing an end to premature birth, birth defects, and infant mortality. With his knowledge and expertise, Pape has helped this foundation raise mission awareness and increase overall revenue for program delivery.
- Knights of Columbus – Second Degree – 2016 to Present
Robert J. Pape Jr. has enjoyed working with all of these organizations while making a difference in the community. Helping young children and those in need has been a very rewarding and heartfelt experience. He is excited to continue working with these great organizations while also pursuing new volunteer opportunities in the future.
